Fees

  • Psychotherapy Fees

I offer Individual, Couple, or Family Sessions for $160/50 minutes.

I offer extended EMDR, Couple, or Family sessions for $275/90 minutes

EMDR weekend intensives are an excellent way to work through trauma in a shorter amount of time and are available upon request.

I also accept Kaiser and Aetna insurances: reach out and we can find out what your co-pay might be. For those who wish to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill. In order to be more accessible, I do have a number of sliding scale spots available.

  • Supervision

I offer individual or group supervision for interns or those working towards licensure. As a supervisor, I enjoy finding the balance between sharing my own experience and knowledge from my practice with helping you to develop your own therapeutic style, unique to you. I can support you on your therapeutic journey and help you discover what interventions and frameworks are right for your practice.

Past supervisees have shared that they feel unconditionally supported, have gained clarity on who and how they are as a therapist, and that they’ve grown in confidence and competence through our work together.

My full fee for supervision is $160/60 minutes. I also offer sliding scale, as I understand the financial strains of pre-licensure.

  • Attendance Policy

It is my belief that working closely together, with firm boundaries in place, is how I work best. As such, clients are given 4 weeks of “freebie” missed sessions per year (with no cancellation fee), to use however they’d like - for illness, emergencies, planned vacations, etc. The 4 weeks of free missed sessions are in addition to the 6-8 weeks I take off per year, which gives clients 2.5-3 months of “breaks” from therapy per year.

After the 4 weeks of free missed sessions are used, clients will be charged $50 for each session missed (or their insurance co-pay). This is to ensure that we can work together closely enough to do the necessary work and so that I can continue to run my small business.

I find that working in this way is the most helpful for clients and for myself. As always, I am happy to answer any questions about my policies and methods.
